We are all born with Psychic abilities, through time we have forgot how to tap into this. It does take time for the sub-conscious to be able to communicate with the conscious mind. The simplest way to do this is by meditation. When we learn to calm our busy minds from all the everyday going ons, we teach our conscious to become still and focused.
Don't let frustration or failures make you stop, Be realistic. You can expect to practice for a day or two and then think you can do readings or predict when your friend may get that job they have been searching for.
We have to set a side a day , time and place for this type of development , we have to be dedicated in developing our psychic abilities, there is no short cuts unfortunately.

Meditation

1. Go to a quiet, positive place where you won't be distracted by anyone or anything.sit in a chair with your feet on the floor, Close your eyes, keep your spine upright to promote proper energy flow, and take your attention to your breathing. Follow each inhalation and exhalation you make.breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
2.Call upon Archangle Michael and ask  that he protects you from all negativity and from anyone who isnt for your highest good,vison his protective white light to surround you in a bubble of healing energy. Now that you have asked for this protection, you will only attract positive energy and information,vision a white light above your head and a ray coming down through the top top of your head right down through your whole body, filling each organ and every cell with this white divine light.
3. After 2-3 minutes of gentle, deep breathing you should be feeling relaxed and calm.If you notice any thoughts which conflict with your focus on your breathing, let them go as soon as you become aware of them and return your focus to your breat.
4.It is also a good idea to keep a journal to write down any thing you get during meditation. this is something you can refer back on at a later date or if repeative words, symbols etc that might have some meaning.
5.Try and not hold onto anything , let it come and go.
6.When you are ready, return your awareness to your breath and make sure you are still breathing more deeply than normal. This meditation can last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes and will infuse you on every level with energy and a general sense of well-being and peace
7.After each meditation you should feel totally relaxed and calm.

Grounding

1. Sit in a chair, keeping  your spine straight so that the energy can flow up and down your spine.
2. Close your eyes and vision 3 cords. one coming straight up from the top of your head and two coming out from the souls of your feet.
3. Focus on these cords and see them breaking through the earth going down deeper and deeper and deeper, concentrating on your breathing as you do so.
4. See these cords going as deep down into the core of the earth, vision 3 large rocks at the centre of the earth and vision the cords tying to these    rocks.
5. You are now grounded.


Some Tips

If you ever find yourself doubting whether you are using this meditation correctly, remember to keep your practise very simple and focus on enjoying the experience, feeling the double benefits of the deeper breathing.You are never alone when seeking to travel further along the path of your spiritual journey and your Guide is always there to help you whenever you call on them.

PSYCHIC VAMPIRES.

When a psychic attack takes place, the psychic vampire receives an energy surge while the victim experiences fatigue.

People who " suck" the energy of others are called psychic vampire, this sucking takes place when one's energy is depleted and needs to be replenished so he or she "sucks" the energy of another person.It's not unusual for a person who is Ill or feeling inadequate emotionally to draw upon or deplete energised individuals of their life force. How to Heal Psychic Attacks

Becoming aware of the psychic attack through identification of the unusual events that are taking place in your life will help to diminish the effect of the attack by 75%.

Ask your Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels to help you stop the attack and for protection, even if you do not know them or believe in them, asking them is enough, your faith is not required for them to do their work, although it helps.

DO NOT SEND similar energy or thoughts to your attacker. Send only the pure white energy of light directly from the Universe, the Source or from the GOD of your own belief.
