GHOST'S AND SPIRITS.

From Gordon Smiths book THE UNBELIEVABLE TRUTH.

People have always been fascinated by Ghosts and Spirits and things that go bump in the night. The Idea of anyone, or anything for that matter returning from the grave is usually seen as creepy and horrible. It is as if we have been programmed to think that anything coming back from death would be evil and might even want to steal our soul.
Then we frighten ourselves even more with our own imaginings.

If people understood the real phenomena they would know there nothing to be afraid of and that the fear we feel comes from ourselves. There are many reasons why Spirits return, more often than not, all they wish to do is comfort a loved one or try to guide them.
The fear we feel is not because the Spirit has come to frighten us, but more to do with the unexpected nature of the experience.

 QUESTIONS ANSWERS

 Q) .What's the difference between Ghosts and Spirits ?
 A) A GHOST is more a memory they do not have a function. they are no more than memories trapped in time and place . It seems a Ghost can walk through a solid object. I.E. A wall or door , this is because the wall or the door didn't exists in their time frame.
Ghosts don't speak to us giving us any messages.
Most people who have claimed or seen Ghosts have reported that they appear to be in a highly emotional state, If this is so then all that is being witnessed is the stain or memory of an emotional episode in a person's life that has left it's impression on a time and place.
Two things that often feature in sightings of Ghosts.
The first is the appearance of Phantoms without heads or screaming as if in pain or appearing as sombre and depressed. The second is that strong emotions such as fear, depression or rage are often felt by the person witnessing these apparitions. Is this because it is not only the audiovisual impressions that have been trapped but also the emotional anguish?
If a person can remember their own emotional state at the time of their encounter with a ghost, it can make it easier to understand the emotional telepathy which flicked the ghost switch and caused a videotape to be played again.

A). A SPIRIT is still conscious and concerned about the welfare of his/her family, Spirit people tend to like to help and guide their loved ones in any way they can. They usually don't appear just for the sake of it and very often they will appear to someone other than close family or close friends because otherwise their loved ones might believe that they had just created the visit out of their own emotional need and wishful thinking.Spirits are drawn to us in times of need in our lives, It's not that they are watching us every minute of the day, but it is when we need them most that they seem to be closest to us.
