POLTERGEIST " NOISY GHOST"

Poltergeist is a German word for noisy ghost.
There are several theories as to what a poltergeist really is. Some believe that poltergeists are not ghosts at all, but are instead telekinetic abilities manifested by a living person in turmoil. According to this explanation, this is why the focus of the incident is on a single person and frequently on adolescents. The turmoil of puberty alone could make some people manifest telekinetic incidents, or children or teens who have been abused might use telekinesis as a way of protecting or avenging themselves.
The typical poltergeist disturbance usually revolves around one individual, often a young girl entering puberty or with an emotional or psychological stress. In many cases, this agent doesn't even realize that they are causing the disturbance.
The poltergeist uses this person to transmit and transform their paranormal energy to move objects and often times cause damage or harm to people and items around them. It is not a possession of a human, but merely the human being used like a transmitter for the psychic energy.
Other paranormal theorists dismiss the telekinesis theory and suggest that some people who have died, and not passed on to the next phase of existence may just be mischievous or actually malicious in intent.

Particularly if they died with unfinished business or in anger, it’s theorized they may be able to have some impact on the physical world, despite no longer being part of it. They might be attracted to the most vulnerable individual in a family, a child or teenager, because they could be easiest to influence.
It’s difficult to determine if the activities of poltergeists are real or imagined, and if real what the cause might be. Even if poltergeist activity was determined as a likely cause. Poltergeist activities hauntings are very different from appartitions of ghosts and spirits. It is amazing to witness furniture or ornaments and other objects moving independently around a room as if being pushed or lifted by an invisable force.
Yet there is always an explanation if you look for it.
In cases of poltergeist activity there is usually somebody who is crying out for attention. Poltergeist phenomena are usually associated with children or teenagers, often those starting puberty or starting menstruation and the build-up of intense feelings somehow cause telekinetric activity where objects move around and strange banging sounds are heard.
All of this comes, I feel from the child's need for attention or affection. Often the children involved in this type of case are said to be withdrawn or shy.
Outwardly they may be quite and calm, but in the inside there is emotional turbulence, which explodes as poltergeist activity when they crave attention.
The problem with a child of psychic phenomena involving children is that when a child is singled out as being the case even if the events were of a paranormal nature to begin with, there is always the chance that the child may invent more episodes to keep people interested.
Most cases of poltergeist activity burn themselves out in a very short period of time , starving it of attention is the surest way to make it stop. Real cases of poltergeist phenomena are very very rare and believe me you would know if you had the real thing.
